Title ListingDr. Theodor Abt was a Professor for over 30 years at the Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zürich, where he taught Rural and Agrarian Sociology. From 1990 up to his retirement, he regularly held lectures in the Department of Environmental Sciences on the subject of archetypal dreams relating to problems of the environment. As a qualified Analytical psychologist, a graduate of the C.G. Jung Institute in Küsnacht, he has had private psychotherapy practice in Zürich since 1975, Theodor Abt is a member of the Board of the Research and Training Centre for Depth Psychology according to C.G. Jung and M.-L. von Franz. His research concentrates on the search for a connection between the dream images of the inner world and the collective problems of the outer world. He has published extensively in German and English.
